A Combined 100+ Years of Experience and Expertise
The water treatment business is instilled in the Beauchamp family’s DNA. So is the passion to help people and tackle even the most difficult water treatment issues. Here is our story...
Almost 45 years ago, William Beauchamp and his sons launched Village and Country Soft Water Co. near Fenton, Michigan. The company grew rapidly. That’s due to the Beauchamp reputation for honesty and the ability to solve difficult water treatment problems. Soon, it was the top water treatment company in Southeast Michigan. The entire family took an active role in daily operations, success and growth. Often, the kids helped their dad install equipment before, during and after school.
William Beauchamp invented K-Life potassium chloride, the first salt substitute for water softeners. K-Life propelled the company into water treatment leadership, where it remained for the next 16 years.
Jerrad, William’s son, and his wife, Leslie, launched Beauchamp Lawn Care and Landscape Supply in Howell, Michigan. The business flourished with their business acumen, hard work, customer service and doing things the right way. Besides industry leadership, the company gradually launched six additional companies.
William Beauchamp retired and sold Village and Country Soft Water Co. For the first time in nearly 30 years, the Beauchamp name was no longer synonymous with water. Soon, customers asked if Jerrad Beauchamp would consider getting back into the water treatment business.
The Beauchamps opened The Rental Store. It quickly became the go-to rental venue in Livingston County.
They launched One Stop Landscape Supply. Soon it was a top source for landscape supplies in Oakland County.
The Beauchamps acquired and then transformed the Pond Place into the preferred choice for pond products and expertise. It soon earned a nationwide reputation for its knowledgeable staff.
The Beauchamps launched Beauchamp’s of Ottawa Lake, Michigan., a 30,000 sq.-ft., state-of-the-art home and garden center. It offers lawn services and supplies for Monroe County and the greater Toledo area.
The Beauchamps finally bowed to ongoing requests to relaunch a water treatment company with the same core values from 45 years earlier. With a clear decision to focus solely on the water treatment business, Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions opened for business in Hartland, Michigan. It grew rapidly and once again has become the leader in water treatment solutions in Southeast Michigan. That’s due, in part to:
- A deep passion for the water industry
- Extensive expertise
- Exemplary customer service
- Pride in work
- And a focus on helping people solve their water problems
In the Fall of 2019, with a sole dedication to providing water treatment solutions, services, and equipment, Beauchamp expanded its operations with a new location in Waterford, Michigan., to better serve Oakland County area customers.
