We are very pleased with their service and our new water softener. Joe H. is a no-pressure salesman and took the time to test water and walk us through the right softener. He is very polite too. Michael is the technician who installed our softener. He is just one of the several professional technicians who are employed with Beauchamp. Michael took the time to ask several questions before the installation and took the time to listen to a few questions as well. I give him an excellent rating for the install. I also went with an electric anode to replace the old anode in the tank. If this tank quits working, I can transfer it to the new one. The anode has a great warranty. I would highly recommend Beauchamp Water Solutions!

Scheduled a water softener system diagnostic and RO filter replacements, Beauchamp had a tech out the following week on the day promised. Had Jason show up within his stated time frame and he had at it. Luckily for me, he had been in the business for quite some time and was familiar with my 20-year-old plus equipment. He was able to determine its current operating capability, did some adjustments, diagnosed water condition, and replaced RO filters in a timely, efficient, and informative manner at a reasonable cost. Very satisfied and we highly recommend them.

Jay did a thorough job of orientation in my new water system. He is unusual in that he has the patience and knowledge to explain things in plain and descriptive language so the layman (myself) can understand—not every technician grasps the importance of customer communication, nor have they intentionally cultivated those skills. Technical competence might get you in the door, but great communication will build loyal customers. I’ll be calling Jay soon for an upgrade I did not plan on until he explained the value. In an era of soulless transactional business, intentionally educating employees with people skills can make a company like Beauchamp stand out.

I recently decided to stop renting my water softener from another company and finally purchase my own system. During the process, I noticed my well pressure tank was nearing the end of its life and the copper piping around it was in rough shape. I also believed my existing RO system treated both arsenic and lead (installed by the previous owner), but I learned it only handled lead — meaning I had unknowingly been drinking arsenic for the past nine years. Tim Straub, the sales rep from Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions, came out to my home not once but twice to make sure everything could be installed properly in my tight crawl space. His professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile gave me complete confidence. With his guidance, I installed a whole-house filtration system that now treats both lead and arsenic (and not just the drinking water). The technician, Gary Tobin, arrived on time, was extremely professional, and navigated the cramped crawl space with ease. I’m pretty sure he is a professional Tetris player the way he was able to fit everything in there so perfectly. He left the work area cleaner than he found it and delivered what matters most, great-tasting, arsenic-free water. As a real estate agent, I work with homeowners every day, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions to any of my clients. They are trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly care about doing the job right.

We were very impressed with Beauchamp! Ryan was very informative and gave us the information we needed to make the decision and move forward with Beauchamp. Jacob did an awesome job of installing the new system for us. We have always used State Water for years, and even the past six years in our new house we continued to rent a system from them. During the entire time, we just made the payments and never received any calls to come out and check the system at any time. We did not realize the system was actually failing as our water showed more and more iron. That’s one of the things that I noticed immediately with Beauchamp—we’ve only had this system a short period of time and Denise has taken the time to come out to check the water and verify that we are pleased. This makes all the difference; it’s all about service! Our water is better than it has ever been!!

Knowing our 17 plus year old water system was in need of replacement sooner than later, the failure of our water softener was the reason we acted promptly to replace the entire system. The Beauchamp team did a great job from initial water testing to installation completion. Dustin came to our home and clearly explained the equipment options and costs for our home's needs. Agreeing on a plan, we got on Beauchamp's service schedule within the same week. Aaron and Brett arrived on time to install the equipment. They both did a great job working in a confined utility room space in our basement. Brett installed the new pressure bladder, iron filter, and water softener while Aaron worked on the installation of our new tankless water heater. They both had no problem explaining how everything would work and answering my questions about the equipment along the way. Clearly to me, they took their time making sure everything was done properly as if they were installing it in their own homes. Almost immediately, my wife and I could see a vast improvement in the quality of our well water. Great job to the entire Beauchamp Team!!
