We like zero pressure sales and Matt, the Beauchamp rep, was exactly that—honest, responsive, knew his products, offered a reasonable price. Then Bill, the installer, was just a great guy, someone you would invite to dinner, and he knocked the job out in record time. In the process he moved a valve so that it was easier to access and that was above and beyond. 6 Star experience, thank you Matt & Bill, a great Beauchamp team and I will be back for all of my water treatment needs.

Knowing our 17 plus year old water system was in need of replacement sooner than later, the failure of our water softener was the reason we acted promptly to replace the entire system. The Beauchamp team did a great job from initial water testing to installation completion. Dustin came to our home and clearly explained the equipment options and costs for our home's needs. Agreeing on a plan, we got on Beauchamp's service schedule within the same week. Aaron and Brett arrived on time to install the equipment. They both did a great job working in a confined utility room space in our basement. Brett installed the new pressure bladder, iron filter, and water softener while Aaron worked on the installation of our new tankless water heater. They both had no problem explaining how everything would work and answering my questions about the equipment along the way. Clearly to me, they took their time making sure everything was done properly as if they were installing it in their own homes. Almost immediately, my wife and I could see a vast improvement in the quality of our well water. Great job to the entire Beauchamp Team!!

Having Beauchamp install our water softener/filtration/RO system was one of the best experiences we've had while having to update our home. From my initial phone call, to Joe coming to price a new system for us, and Brett handling the install, it was smooth sailing. Even when a couple of unforeseen issues/questions popped up, the team quickly looked into it, kept us in the loop, and handled it with professionalism and friendliness. Their customer service was exemplary. Brett did a fantastic job during install, answering every question we had and his install skills were superior. Besides providing great service, his upbeat attitude and friendliness were a nice bonus. And a shout-out to Carter who popped in to help. He was just as upbeat, friendly, and professional as the rest of the team. We had nasty smelling water for the last few years. Scott came out and checked our water and showed us what we needed. In less than a week they came out and installed a prefiltration unit. The unit was installed and right away the water was great. No more stinky water. Aaron was our installer and he was very particular with our installation, making sure everything was neatly installed and was a very friendly guy. We appreciate the whole process. I recommend getting a water softener from Beauchamp. The people I worked with were professional and friendly. I had three quotes for price. They gave me a fair price. The installation was scheduled quickly. On the day of installation Gary arrived on time. He was friendly and informed me of the process. He did the job in a timely manner. He talked to me about the best placement for the salt tank. Then he cleaned up. My experience was a 10.

The area for the installation of the softener and pre-filter was very tight, and Gary worked with us to fit everything in so that our future plans of adding a utility sink can still be realized.
