We had nasty smelling water for the last few years. Scott came out and checked our water and showed us what we needed. In less than a week they came out and installed a prefiltration unit. The unit was installed and right away the water was great. No more stinky water. Aaron was our installer and he was very particular with our installation, making sure everything was neatly installed and was a very friendly guy. We appreciate the whole process. The installation was scheduled quickly. On the day of installation Gary arrived on time. He was friendly and informed me of the process. He did the job in a timely manner. I have been going to Beauchamp to fill gallons of water for months for my wife's house plants. Great bunch of people, always friendly and helpful. We decided to get a new softener, expansion tank for our water heater, and electric anode rod. We were greeted by Jay, who was professional and knowledgeable. After installation, he walked me through my new systems patiently. He left the work area clean as well as the driveway. Jay deserves a shout out for his professionalism and quality of work. Now, let me tell you, our new softener—the water is absolutely amazing. I was baffled about the water quality improvements. Important side notes: We were not upsold on things we didn’t need. The salesman Matt was great in explaining everything after the free water test. Every interaction and experience I have had with this company has been great. I cannot sing their praises enough!
