What a difference in our water quality. We had a complete well water system in place, and it just wasn't taking enough iron out. Beauchamp came in and determined our current iron filter was installed in the wrong place to be effective. They installed a new one, and our water quality improved 100%. When I asked about a whole house system, he was honest and didn't recommend it. He didn't try to upsell us. Actually, I upsold myself with a bigger holding tank. Gary, the installation pro, was very knowledgeable. He reviewed the installation with us before he started. He was meticulous in his installation and cleanup. After installation was completed, he went over all the details regarding starting the system and reinspected his install for any leaks. We were so impressed when we talked to Beauchamp at the Novi Home Show, and once we got our softening and purification system, we immediately noticed the difference in our showers and drinking water. From the time Zeke Torres came by to talk to us about the water system, we were excited at the thought of us not having extreme dry skin after showers. We live in a new construction, and for some reason, all of my neighbors have had the same problem with the water. We bought so much bottled water previously, and now we’re looking forward to not having that extra expense.
