We recently bought an entire system (arsenic and iron pre-filter, softener, and RO water system) from Beauchamp after renting from another company for several years. We had a good experience starting with the salesperson Matt to the installers Ryan and Carter. This puts the consumer in a difficult position. Brandon did what he could and told me what to look for. We will see what happens. I’m glad he was willing to talk to me and the manufacturer.

I Was Treated Like a Friend
Stopped in for my first time today to grab a couple bags of softener salt for my parents. I wasn’t treated like a customer, I feel like I was treated like a friend. And not just an acquaintance, a good friend. I was cashed out and salt loaded in no time at all. The friendly guy at the front desk even offered me the extra Dunkin coffee they had that no one drank. How nice is that?
