Good Service and Good Water!
Beauchamp came out and installed an RO system under our kitchen sink today. Ryan, the technician, was on time, polite, and efficient. He had all the parts he needed and was finished in about an hour. He showed us the 2 water shut-offs, explained we needed to flush the system one more time before using it, and explained the capacity and length of time it takes to refill the holding tank. He cleaned up the work area when he was done, removed all the trash and packaging, and even called the office for us to set us up on an annual filter replacement reminder schedule. Everyone we've talked to and interacted with at Beauchamp is customer oriented. Good service and good water!

I had my water softener and reverse osmosis system installed three weeks ago. Peggy helped set up a quick appointment, and Scott from sales was fantastic to work with. We had a small pricing hiccup, but Mike helped us revisit the details and get everything sorted out. He also arranged for the installation to happen a couple of days earlier than scheduled, which I really appreciated.
The installation was handled by two excellent specialists, Phil and Brett. We not only discussed the systems being installed but also bonded over our dogs, which made the experience even better. I’m glad Brett was able to join Phil after his earlier appointment was canceled. They completed the installation in about 3–4 hours, and Phil walked me through how everything works.
So far, everything has been running perfectly. Beauchamp told us we’d love our water—and we already do. Based on other reviews, I know they stand behind their products and resolve issues quickly, though I haven’t needed service yet (and hopefully won’t).
Highly recommend this family-owned business.
