Our experience with Beauchamp was very positive from the start. Our initial appointment was timely, the technician that came out was informative and clear with his recommendations and estimates. The installation was performed by Gary, who did a great job. He was very professional, explained the process, addressed all my questions thoughtfully, was very neat and took pride in his work. We are very happy with the quality of the water. We notice a big difference with our salt free conditioner and reverse osmosis system from where we started.

I’ve used Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions three times since moving here. They are super professional. Their techs and office staff go out of their way to help you out. Called them at 0900 this morning and they had someone at the house at 1100. I was expecting a new well pump was in order, and the tech found a minor filter problem in about two minutes. I’m really pleased with Beauchamp’s!

Dustan installed our tankless water system today and did a wonderful job. He courteously gave us an advance notice as to his arrival time, and then upon arrival, he informed us of when and for how long our water supply would have to be shut off during the installation. Once the system was installed, Dustan gave us a demonstration and thorough explanation as to how the new system works, and exactly what we can expect as to its performance. We also appreciated how neatly he cleaned up the installation area so that there were no scraps, excess parts, or dirt/dust left behind. Dustan was also generous enough to fix 2 other water issues that we were having in the house at no extra charge, even though those two issues were not on the day's work schedule. Thank you, Dustan, and thank you, Beauchamp! You're awesome!

The softener tank is installed! The 5-star rating is only pertinent to that installation. I had to put the front tank back in place myself. The installer was not at all friendly. He had the personality of a rock! All salt delivery people, office staff are beyond awesome, helpful. Salt delivery kids are sooooo amazing. Roxann was the best -- I called the office so many times today; she could not have been nicer; she was so helpful, kind, thoughtful. Today's installer should take lessons from her (and Very)!!!

Lloyd the salesperson came out to evaluate my old unit and tested water. Very knowledgeable about water testing and equipment. He went over all test results. Explained my options and the equipment they have to clean my water. I picked a Gold Series. A few days later it was installed by Gary. He was very polite, efficient, and clean. Took the time to answer all my questions and showed me how to operate the water conditioner. Very satisfied. Thank you.

I recently moved into a new-build house and had my water tested immediately by Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions. Matt Flora came out to test my water so that he could let me know what filtration systems were needed based on my well water. After thorough and extensive testing, Matt determined that my water was testing for extremely high nitrate levels. At this point, it became an issue between myself and the builder. In the following weeks, Matt provided documentation and follow-up needed from myself and the builder. I already knew Beauchamp was the best around, and that’s why they were at my house to begin with. The point of emphasis that I would like to make is that Matt Flora exceeded what should be asked of a sales representative. He took calls after hours, typed up documents, and was readily available for all questions. Matt knows the information inside and out. It was clear that Matt and Beauchamp are committed to providing not only clean water solutions, but also phenomenal customer service. I cannot say enough nice things about Matt Flora and the efforts that he made for me and my new house. Matt stayed in constant contact with me while I was sorting things out with the builder. I ended up with a pre-filtration, a water softener, and a reverse osmosis system. I would also like to note that Phil Wenzel did an incredible job installing all of my equipment and provided a thorough demonstration and explanation of the setup when I got home from work. Phil was also beyond professional and did amazing work. I now have CLEAN water, and I couldn’t be happier.
