Jake brings a problem-solver's mindset to every home he visits. A USMC veteran based right here in Michigan, he built his career as a technology advisor, helping small businesses cut costs and make smarter decisions about the systems they depend on. Today he puts that same approach to work helping families understand their water and find the right solution for their home or business. Jake believes a great recommendation starts with listening, and he takes pride in giving straight answers and following through long after the install. Outside of work, Jake coaches' youth football and softball and spends as much time as he can outdoors with his wife Nicole.
