Sarah has her bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Michigan University and has 10 years of customer service experience. She is passionate about building positive and lasting customer experiences. Sarah believes that leading by example, communication, and accountability are key to a positive team member experience. Outside of work, she enjoys running, spending time outdoors, and quality time with her family.
